- Don’t forget to complete the E Ticket Application to enter and leave the Dominican Republic within 72 hours of your travel. You will need to show the QR Code when you check in at the airport. The link to the E Ticket Application is: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/
- Cash exchange can be completed at the airport
Ground transportation instructions will be provided 5 days prior to departure directly from the official ground transportation company. Instructions will be sent to the provided email and cell phone number, and not to International Headquarters.
After you arrive and clear customs, proceed to the Vacaciones Barcelo counter.
Check-in time is 3:00PM (Local Time). Early check-in is subject to availability.
Once you arrive at the resort, you will be greeted by the Barcelo Bavaro Palace staff, and directed to our designated Kappa Alpha Psi check-in and registration area located in Salon 1. This designated check-in area is only available on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 11:00am until 5:00pm. Arrival after 5:00pm (Local Time) will be processed at the designated hotel check-in area.
During your check-in and registration experience, you will complete your:
- Hotel Room Check-in Process
- Confirm Nightly Dinner Reservations (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
- Receive Resort Instructions
- Pick-up Leadership Registration Badge (IHQ Table)
The best communications app to use in Punta Cana is WhatsApp. You can download it from your Apple or Google app store. WhatsApp is an internationally available freeware, cross-platform, centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service. One of the reasons WhatsApp is so popular is because, unlike SMS, it uses end-to-end encryption, which means nobody other than the message recipients can view your messages. When you make a call on WhatsApp, third parties are unable to listen in on your conversation.

To prevent delay in departing the Dominican Republic, it is recommended that you complete your migration form no less than 24 hours before departure. All persons entering and departing from the Dominican Republic are required to complete the Dominican Republic Electronic Ticket Application.
